Mini-store is packed full of goodness!

It's the end of the veggie growing season, but just the beginning of hearty meat-lovers season! The mini-store is now CHOCK FULL of all sorts of tasty bits. Come on down and check it out.

Last week we returned from Vermont with a truckload of tasty hickory smoked - maple sugar cured nitrite-free bacon, jowl bacon, all kinds of sausage including chorizo, beer brats (made with Harpoon ale!), breakfast, hot and sweet links and smoked hocks. Plus we have a great selection of pork cuts including chops, country ribs, ground pork and quite a bit of juicy tenderloin. We also have some grass-fed beef including boneless roasts, ground, tongue and more! Stop by while the selection is plentiful - quantities are limited.

Eggs are still plentiful with our laying hens managing to stay out on pasture during this very warm November. The yolks remain deep orange and great for baking.

Rabbits are now in the store as well, fresh as of today! We got it all!

LARD is also waiting for you - great in pies or just as a natural and local source of fat for your frying pan.
