Restaurant Sales

We currently sell our tasty meats and eggs to a select number of high-quality restaurants in the Boston area.

Products we often sell to restaurants include:

~ Rabbit, whole, fresh or frozen, avg 3-3.5 lbs
~ Eggs, dozens, from our pasture-raised, organic-fed chickens
~ Pigs, whole hogs, fresh, usualy available Summer thru Fall, sizes vary - Heritage breeds only including Large Black, Old Spot, Tamworth and Mangalitsa
~ Pig parts, liver, hearts, feet, heads, jowls, backfat and leaf lard, rendered lard
~ Chicken, whole, from our pasture-raised organic-fed flocks, occasionally available
~ Chicken giblets, liver, hearts, gizzards, necks and feet, available beginning mid-June
